We are on the cusp of the holiday season. A time where we gather and celebrate, and this year that likely looks (and feels) a bit different. I’m noticing the way we are talking about life, the language of busy and not enough time have crept back into our common vernacular after a respite in May and June. November is my month of gratitude, where I put exceptional attention to noticing the good around me and through me. I am pausing to consider ‘what I value is where I put my time’. Am I caught in solving for someone else instead of empowering them to solve for themselves? Am I listening to you to offer my opinion or to reflect what you are valuing? What am I storing that is judging others? Am I investing in myself through exercise or alcohol? These are my questions, I wonder what you might ask yourself as you reflect on where you put your time?
